The UWE Architecture/Product Design Foundation trip to the V&A for the excellent Plywood: Material of the Modern World exhibition.

We also took in the Design museum and looped back via Diébédo Francis Kéré’s Serpentine Pavilion for a cup of tea and a sketch. It came as a very pleasant surprise that everyone managed to reconnect with our coach and not a single soul had to sleep rough this year. Mind you we only made it as far as Membury services before the obligatory emergency toilet stop. This provided the ideal cover for staff members that had put away too many cups of coffee at the V&A cafe. Phew.
