What can one say about Brunel’s Buttery that hasn’t been said before? Ahh the cheeky sausage and egg, the excellent value sponge cake selection and random unprovoked pigeon attacks (see attached).
An excellent outlet for stout comestibles and just the job for sketching students wandering the quayside. Across the water is Lloyds TSB headquarters on Cannons Marsh by Arup Associates https://www.arup.com/projects 1988-90 a building I saw constructed whilst a student at nearby Bower Ashton.
